Anna Timmerman is an artist, musician, rabbit breeder, and horticulturalist living in New Orleans, Louisiana. She attended Michigan State University for Plant & Soil Sciences and graduated with a Bachelors of Fine Arts from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago. She is currently enrolled in graduate studies at Louisiana State University. Anna is a Louisiana Master Gardener and works as a LSU AgCenter Horticulture Extension Agent in the greater New Orleans area. Anna was the 2014 Hambidge Residency Distinguished Fellow for Southern Environmental Arts and Sciences.
